History: Porsche Factory records show delivery in August of 1963 to H.J. Peters of Hamburg, Germany. The 356C Carrera 2 arrived in the United States in 1966. Ownership known from new.

Concours: Following the restoration, completed in 2014, it won awards at both the 2016 Dana Point 356 Concours and 2016 Carmel-by-the Sea Concours on the Avenue. It was also shown at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in 2016, confirming its outstanding condition.

Condition: A beautiful, matching-numbers C Series Carrera 2 Coupe with ATE disc brakes. Fantastic paint and body. All brightwork completed by marque specialist Victor Miles. Carrera engine expert Billy Doyle rebuilt the 4-cam engine. Meticulous, bare-shell restoration completed in 2014. It underwent full-engine service and other maintenance in late 2018.

Of Note: This is a pristine, matching-numbers example in striking colors with low-time since restoration. The C Series Carrera 2 were the last of the series and the most evolved with 4-wheel ATE disc brakes. Only 101 were built, making this one of the rarest and most desirable of the Carrera 2s.
