Description:
Only in the last year of production (2005) of the 575 Ferrari produced a small series called Superamerica. The cars, limited to 559 examples, got a special roof construction made of carbon fibre and glass. It was attached to a fixed axle behind the seat headrests and could be turned 180 degrees backwards onto the boot lid. In this way, the coupé was turned into a Targa. The engine power was lifted to 540 hp.
