This is one of Ferrari’s real brutes! A high capacity V12 designed to deliver maximum power to pummel the opposition into submission.
It must have been a real handful for Umberto Maglioli on the demanding 1,910 (3,070 kilometres) Mexican road race, and yet still he wrestled it to first place at a breathtaking 138 mph average speed!
It may not be one of the prettiest but it has a purposeful design and is decorated with an example of very early and striking commercial livery – 1.2.3 Household Products.
With the bonnet removed the beautiful Lampredi designed 4954 cc V12 is revealed in all its detail. This is a stunning artwork that would make a great statement piece in any room.
