The last of the air-cooled Porsche 911s, the 993 is the final evolution of the long-air-cooled lineage from Porsche. The C4S, first built for the 1996 model year, uses the same wide body as the coveted 993 Turbo and also used the same all-wheel-drive system that the Turbo was equipped with. This Grand Prix White over cashmere leather Carrera 4S was purchased new it’s first owner in Glendora, CA on September 14th, 1996. The owner had a great relationship with Porsche, as he previously owned a late 80s 911. The Carrera 4CS was ordered with some special items such as white wheels, a special air intake, and Rosewood shift knob. He had the Carrera maintained yearly at McKenna Porsche in Norwalk, CA, and drove the car less than 500 miles per year. The owner decided to pass down his Carrera 4S to his son as he was not driving it as often. Its last service was performed at Porsche Ontario, where it received various services, along with 4 new Bridgestone Potenza tires.
