Motor Racing Legends is thrilled to reveal its 2025 calendar, which includes seven race meetings and four exclusive test days. In addition to classic British venues, entrants can look forward to three continental events, including two brand-new Iberian weekends.
Under the stewardship of new CEO Pierre-Antoine Lecoutour, Motor Racing Legends will bring a unique racing experience to seven venues throughout the year.
“Finalising our racing calendar is the first major step we’ve made for 2025, but it’s far from the last,” explains Lecoutour, who has moved from French historic organiser Peter Auto. “I’m delighted with what we’ve put together, combining the traditional and the new. We’ve been working hard with our stakeholders, and we aim to go above and beyond their expectations in every area.”
The curtain will be raised in Portugal at Autódromo Internacional do Algarve. Portimão is widely recognised as one of the most engaging circuits in Europe and will surely be a hit with drivers.
Always a significant calendar highlight, Motor Racing Legends is proud to organise the Donington Historic Festival, which continues on its early May bank holiday date. On and off-track, it promises to be a standout weekend in the year for any historic racing enthusiast.
On the last weekend in June, the MRL Snetterton Classic will be one of the East Anglian circuit’s high points. The event is expected to be the top classic meeting on Snetterton’s calendar.
Two major historic racing events, the Silverstone Festival and the Spa Six Hours, will again host grids from Motor Racing Legends. The British event, which takes place on the August bank holiday weekend, is a staple of the British racing year and will feature several Motor Racing Legends series. There will also be a Motor Racing Legends presence in the Ardennes in late September.
From October 10th to 12th, Navarra will host the first Spanish trip for Motor Racing Legends. Not only is it a fresh venue for British historic racing, but new owners MSV completed a major overhaul of the circuit in 2024, resulting in a faster, more flowing layout. The race weekend is preceded by an exclusive test day on October 9th to make the most of this Spanish trip.
Finally, the year will conclude with the MRL Silverstone GP, October 18th and 19th. The event offers an opportunity to celebrate the season’s racing, and brings together all Motor Racing Legends series under one banner for a packed weekend of classic motorsport. As at Navarra, the weekend is preceded by an exclusive test day on October 17th.
Two Goodwood days also feature. On March 27th and September 1st, Motor Racing Legends will host exclusive test days, providing competitors with quality time on the classic West Sussex venue.
