Broad Arrow Auctions, a Hagerty company, returned to California this past week for its third annual Monterey Auction from 14-15 August at the Monterey Jet Center. The two-day auction totalled $71.5 million with 85% of all lots sold.
New for 2024, the auction began on Wednesday evening in conjunction with Motorlux, a vibrant celebration of cars, craft, and community, hosted by Hagerty at the Monterey Jet Center.
Broad Arrow debuted an immersive, runway-style auction block format that was well-received by collectors and industry insiders alike. The event saw record attendance, with 42% of bidders registering for the first time in Monterey. Broad Arrow extends thanks to all the bidders, consignors, and guests who participated and looks forward to seeing everyone at the next auction in Chattanooga on 12 October.
