It is 1958 when the DB4 succeeds its predecessor, the DB3. A completely new model that is therefore not an extension of the predecessor. A beautifully lined model that can still count on many approving glances today, what a beauty.
The DB4 you see here was delivered to the first owner by Brooklands Garage on May 31, 1961. This is a third series, recognizable by the separate rear lights, two bonnet supports and various adjustments in the interior. The first owner loved nothing more than to make long distances with the DB4, so he regularly drove to Scotland at a ‘fast pace’ to fly fish there.

For the first ten years, maintenance was carried out by the factory, after which a brand specialist was allowed to take care of the maintenance. In 1981 the car found a new owner for the first time, who sold it again in 1986. In 2005 the car comes into the hands of the granddaughter of the first owner and the car is therefore family property again.
It should come as no surprise that the car has been completely restored. The technology was completely overhauled.

Not only the engine was completely restored to new condition, the front and rear suspension were also completely restored, as well as the gearbox, flywheel, clutch, suspension, brakes, steering and everything you can imagine. The car was given a new coat of paint, of course choosing the original combination: Snow Shadow Gray with red Connolly leather interior. The condition of both the exterior and interior is truly beautiful. The body is characterized by beautiful panel fittings and very sleek paintwork. The seams of the sheet metal are nicely even and the gray paint shows off the chrome, which is in top condition.

The interior exudes an amazing atmosphere. The red upholstery, together with the beautiful materials make it unmistakably English, where the quality is of a particularly high class.

The car comes with a fantastic package of documentation. Not only will you find a lot of maintenance history here, there are also invoices, ownership data and correspondence, an old logbook, spare keys and the original build sheet. The DB4 is matching numbers.

The enormous package of history ensures that Gallery Aaldering can deduce that the mileage of 113,145 must be original.

Gallery Aaldering is a family owned business since 1975. Founder Nico Aaldering and his son Nick are responsible for operational and executive management. The company has been in Brummen since 1987 and started on the location where they currently have their second workshop and detailing shop. Nico started very small, with only three employees. People who still work for the company today. The company grew rapidly and established a name for itself based on quality. In the nineties it was time for expansions after many years of selling Alfa Romeo, then Italian cars later on followed by British cars as well. At the end of 2000 Gallery Aaldering moved to the current premises at the Arnhemsestraat in Brummen. This showroom was build according to Nico's idea and sketches and has a Neoclassical style to match the classic cars inside. During this time Nick entered the company after finishing his studies and working for different automotive companies. Gallery Aaldering expanded and gained momentum with the decades of experience offered by Nico and the bright new ideas and progressive vision offered by Nick. The collection became more diverse with an important move upwards to higher segments. Gallery Aaldering has grown to become one of the largest classic car dealers in Europe. There are about 350 classic cars on display on four floors with a Grand Café and special rooms for business meetings. As a family owned business Gallery Aaldering is proud of its history and traditions, but the future is just as important. At the heart of this all is the passion for classic automobiles. For that reason they participate in the most impressive classic car rally in the world, the Mille Miglia. A deeply rooted love for cars. You will find this in both their genes and the identity of this family owned business.
