The 2009 Aston Martin DBR1-2, also known as the Lola-Aston Martin B09/60, was built and developed for the 2009 Le Mans Series and was based on an evolution of the 2008 Aston Martin LMP car. Â
With its beautiful body, evocative livery and incredible engine note, the car proved an huge success, taking overall victory in the 2009 Le Mans Series Championship. Chassis 004, the last car to be built, was raced extensively throughout the 2009 season, including the Le Mans 24 Hours, and a podium finish at the Nurburgring 1000km. Presented today in race ready condition, 004 must surely be a ‘blue-chip’ investment for the future.
