From a major German collection, we are pleased to offer this wonderfully well-maintained Ferrari 512BB with a carburettor engine.
This stunning Ferrari 512BB was first registered in Italy in June 1980. According to the Automotoclub Storico Italiano (ASI) certificate of authenticity, the car was originally delivered in red with a beige interior – exactly as it appears today.
The first owner was from Aosta, in the border triangle of Italy, Switzerland and France. Whilst he owned the car, he had it serviced by the Ferrari dealer Walter Bordese in Turin (in December 1980 at 2,645 km and in July 1991 at 10,952 km). The service invoices from that time are available.
In September 2008, the second owner purchased the car in Turin. According to a service invoice from 2009, the car had a mileage of 17,582 km at that time.
In 2015, the car found its way directly into a renowned German car collection via a classic car dealer in Germany. The 512 has therefore been part of this collection for more than 10 years. In March 2026, a major service was carried out, including the removal and refitting of the engine and gearbox unit with a timing belt replacement, at a cost of over €15,000. The Ferrari is therefore ready for the road and can be driven immediately following years of careful storage and maintenance.
