1971 Mercedes Benz 280SE 3.5 cabriolet, S/N 11102712002977, DB350 Blue (non-metallic) with parchment leather, blue convertible top, an authentic 111 chassis cabriolet, 3.5 litre V8 engine making 200hp, 4 speed column shift automatic transmission, factory Behr air conditioning, Becker Mexico radio, factory power windows, beautifully cared for older cosmetic restoration by marque specialist Robert Platz’s Precision Autoworks, extensive history file dating back two decades including complete engine overhaul, recent comprehensive servicing and sorting by Jim Cosgrove’s Old Timer Restoration Center tallying nearly $30,000.
