After careful and thorough review of the applications by the Selection Committee, the final entry list of the 35th edition of the Tour Auto has been announced! Nearly 250 cars will set off from May 3 to 9 on a route connecting Paris to Biarritz.

For this anniversary edition, two iconic models are in the spotlight: the Ferrari 250, in all its versions, and the BMW 2002. These two legends have left a lasting mark on the history of motorsport and perfectly embody both performance and the sporting spirit of the event. Berlinettas, GTs and touring cars from 1951 to 1973 (with certain exceptions up to 1984) will form this traveling museum, which enthusiasts will be able to admire along some of the most beautiful roads in France.
FOCUS ON THE MUST-SEES OF THIS 35th EDITION COMPETITION CATEGORY
• Porsche 911 2.6L ST and Porsche 911 2.3L TDF
Both entered during the period in the Tour de France Automobile, these Porsche 911 reflect the gradual dominance of the Stuttgart manufacturer in major motor racing events. Lightweight and excep6onally agile, they stand out for combining mechanical reliability with consistent performance on demanding routes.
• MaseraH A6G 2000 Zagato
A sublime blend of art and performance, the Masera6 A6G 2000 bodied by Zagato is one of the most elegant representa6ves of Italian motorsport in the 1950s.
• Lancia 037 Evo 1
A major new feature for 2026: the arrival of the Lancia 037 Evo 1. Its eligibility has been made possible by the extension of the Tour Auto regula6ons to 1984 (previously 1983), opening the door to certain icons from the early Group B era. The last rear-wheel drive car to win the World Rally Champion in 1983, the 037 embodies a radical, spectacular and demanding genera6on.
• Ferrari 250 GTO
With only 36 units produced between 1962 and 1964, the Ferrari 250 GTO is considered as one of the most legendary cars in history. Designed to dominate interna6onal compe66ons, it represents the culmina6on of the development of the Ferrari 250 lineage. Powered by a 3.0-liter V12 engine developing nearly 300 horsepower, it could reach speeds of over 280 km/h, remarkable performance for its time.
• Osca MT4 1100
One of the oldest cars in the Compe66on category, the Osca MT4 1100 recalls the golden age of post-war Italian cra$smanship. Designed by the Masera6 brothers a$er they le$ the eponymous brand, this light and agile barque=e is extremely effec6ve on winding roads.
REGULARITY CATEGORY
• Maserati 200SI
With around 20 examples produced for interna6onal compe66on in the two-liter category, the Maserati 200SI dis6nguished itself in numerous endurance events and road races. Sleek, lightweight, and perfectly balanced, it combines efficiency with typical Italian elegance.
• Aston Martin DB2/4 Mk I
The only Aston Mar6n at the start, the DB2/4 Mk I will proudly represent the Bri6sh manufacturer. An iconic GT of the 1950s, it combines comfort, refinement, and respectable performance for its 6me. Its refined silhouette and six-cylinder engine make it an ideal contender for regularity.
• Bugatti Type 55
The oldest car in the rally, the Bugah Type 55 symbolizes the origins of the sports car. Derived from the Type 51, the brand’s Grand Prix model, its presence at the start highlights the extraordinary generational diversity of the field in this anniversary edition.
CARS IN THE SPOTLIGHT: FERRARI 250 & BMW 2002
On the German side, several BMW 2002 TI and BMW 2002 TII models will be competing in both competition and regularity categories. With its 2-liter engine and sporty character, this compact sedan left its mark on its era and paved the way for the future sports cars that built BMW’s reputation. On the Italian side, the Ferrari 250 range will be represented by several models, each more iconic than the last:
