Peter Auto is delighted to announce that the next edition of the Tour Auto will take place from Sunday, May 3rd, to Saturday, May 9th, 2026—an unprecedented set of dates chosen to mark a highly anticipated return.
This 35th edition will open with a particularly symbolic highlight: Tour Auto at the Grand Palais in Paris, an iconic and historic venue cherished by participants and partners alike. To preserve this prestigious starting point, the schedule has been aligned with that of the Grand Palais, which explains the later-than-usual calendar.
The rally itself will run from Tuesday, May 5th, to Saturday, May 9th, concluding with the traditional closing brunch and awards ceremony on Sunday, May 10th.
After several years of absence, this emblematic setting will once again host the car exhibition on the eve of the start, alongside technical and administrative verifications—an eagerly awaited moment that marks the official kickoff of the adventure.
Over the course of five days, participants will traverse some of the most beautiful roads in France, featuring circuit races, closed-road special stages, liaison routes, and a spirit of camaraderie in exceptional surroundings. The precise route, host cities, and circuits will be revealed shortly.
As a reminder, Tour Auto is open to cars that competed in the event between 1951 and 1973, with certain exceptions permitted up to 1984, provided the model complies with the historical eligibility criteria established by Peter Auto.
Enthusiasts are invited to save the date—May 3rd to 9th, 2026—for what promises to be a truly memorable edition of Tour Auto.
