The Great Malle Mountain Rally – A celebration of the wildest landscapes in the greatest mountain range in Europe. The ‘Rallye Montagne’ sets the unique challenge of taking on the entirety of the Alps Mountain Range in one wild motorcycle adventure and a world first – the longest motorcycle rally ever attempted across the entire Alps mountain range. Venturing from Austria to Monaco – 6 countries in 6 days.
Rally teams will ride 1500 miles East to West across all of the highest mountain passes in the Alps, reaching heights of 2770m, finally completing at sea level in Monaco for a welcome dip in the Mediterranean. Join the longest motorcycle rally ever attempted in the beautiful Alps.
On each day the rally teams join the Rally Briefing and are given the 5 rally checkpoints to guide the teams along the chosen route, with marshals supporting and timing, along with the Malle Rally crew, followed by the rally engineers and support team.
All riders camp under canvas in the luxurious rally bell tents, with the riders briefing and the dinner in the rally camp each night. On almost every night you’ll be in a different country, with the local menu being designed to celebrate each unique terrain and terroir of the location. The private chefs cook up a storm in the rally camp each evening and provide all food throughout.
Each rider is given their own ‘Malle Mountain Rally Duffel” with their rally number on it – so that all luggage is waiting in The Rally camp for riders. They only transport what you can fit in your Malle Rally Duffel (65cm x 30cm x 30cm), anything else would need to be carried by you on your motorcycle.

The Rally Stages
Stage 0 – Sunday the 8th of September – Rider-Registration:
Riders check-in at The Rally Camp near to the town of Innsbruck from 6pm, arriving in time for a good Pre-Rally party, dinner and the first riders briefing.
STAGE 1 – THE RALLY START LINE – AUSTRIA TO THE ITALIAN ALPS VIA THE DOLOMITES
The Rally flag drops in Innsbruck. The rally proceeds South to the Dolomites and crosses into Italy for thew first time.
STAGE 2 – ITALIAN ALPS TO LIECHTENSTEIN & SWITZERLAND
Day 2 starts in Italy, taking on the most celebrated mountain pass in the Alps and heads North through the beautiful mountains and valleys to the infrequently visited Liechtenstein and completes at the rally camp just across the border in the Swiss Alps.
STAGE 3 – THE SWISS ALPS
On day 3 the rally proceeds across 6 of the most majestic Swiss Alpine Mountain Passes.
STAGE 4 – FROM SWITZERLAND TO THE FRENCH ALPS
On day 4 the rally proceeds across one of the highest passes in the French Alps with views of the snow capped Mont Blanc.
STAGE 5 – THE FRENCH ALPS
Day 5 starts continues South East through the glorious mountains, lakes and valleys of the French Alps and across the second highest mountain passes in the country.
STAGE 6 – IT’S ALL DOWNHILL TO MONACO & THE FINISH LINE
The final day 6 continues the adventure south along the dramatic cliff top routes of the Southern French Alps, heading lower in the grasslands and rolling hills, to the Rally Finish Line in Monaco, perched at the very Southern tip of Alps Mountain Range and on the coast of the beautiful Mediterranean sea. Once the last rider arrives, kick stands down, glasses up, the post-rally party can begin!
Sunday the 15th of September – POST RALLY
After a hearty breakfast, riders will take a relaxed ride to our rally trucks at Nice Airport for 12pm, via one last glorious mountain pass in the hills of Nice. Then board a flight/train back home on Sunday afternoon, (flights are not included in the rally package and needs to be booked by the rider). For those selecting the delivery package, Motorcycles will be arriving back in Lille on the 17th of September and the UK on the 18th of September, post-rally.
