More than 200.000 visitors showed up at the last fair of the year for the tuning community. At the Essen Motorshow more than 500 exhibitors presented the latest technologies and designs of the car tuning scene. „Lower, „faster“, „louder“ and „wider“ are maxims of that community and the industry presented what is possible: A Volkswagen Beetle with 612 horse powers, the market launch of the new Ford Mustang GTB by Ford Schmitz & Wieseler or the Monster Ford Mustang „HELLENOR“ with 1700 horse powers were among the highlights. In addition a complete set of the cars of the 2025 DTM race series attracted many visitors.

The great enthusiasm of the fans, the large number of premiers and the variety of the offered products made the 2025 show very special. „The EMS is far more than a fair, its a festival for all those who love cars, regardless of the type of drive in a car.“ said Oliver P. Kuhrt, Managing Director of Messe Essen. E-Drive or combustion engines? That is not the question of the tuning fans and most likely not of the modern society. Especially the young generation loves cars and politicians should not try to prohibit the one or other technology. A fair competition between the technologies taking into account all important factors – of course – including environmental issues, should be the basis for the decision.

The 2025 Essen Motor Show provided the evidence that especially young people – male and female! – show enthusiasm for nice cars. The share of younger visitors creates the hope that cars remain an important factor in the individual traffic in modern society. And cars are more that than simple transportation tools. They are lifestyle in emotion!
