The 906 #107 is the only Porsche 906 to have competed in the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1968. It participated in numerous hill climbs and endurance races on circuits.
Acquired in November 1975 by the current owner’s father, it has remained in the family for over forty years. It is extremely well known to Porsche connoisseurs.
This exceptional Porsche 906 is regularly entered in the most prestigious historic events and has eleven participations in the Tour Auto and nine participations in Le Mans Classic.
It is completely matching numbers, its original engine block #906 109 as well as the original gearbox housing #906 105 are sold with the car. In order to preserve these original parts, they have been dismantled and carefully stored.
