Photographer Tabards

Photographers working trackside must wear a numbered Photographer Tabard at all times. Please note that access to trackside positions and the Assembly Area is strictly at the BARC marshals’ discretion and may be restricted at certain times. Photographers failing to display their tabard correctly may have their tabard privileges removed.

Goodwood requires photographers to provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance with a minimum value of £5 million. Photographers must send a clear copy of their Public Liability Insurance to media@goodwood.com before the event. If you are unable to do this, you will need to present a physical copy when you check-in at the Media Centre. A tabard for trackside access cannot be provided without a copy of the individual’s Public Liability Insurance.

Please be aware that the number of tabards is strictly limited to adhere to health and safety requirements. Tabards will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that tabards cannot be booked before the event.

At the end of the day, please return your tabard to the Media Centre. Failure to return your tabard will result in a charge being incurred to cover the cost of the missing tabard. Please do not leave your tabard with marshals at the event gates.

Press accreditation does not automatically guarantee trackside access. As there is high demand for Photographer Tabards, individuals are expected to treat Media Centre staff with respect at all times. Any form of abuse will not be tolerated, and anyone deemed to be acting aggressively or inappropriately may be asked to leave the event.

For further information about trackside access and Photographer Tabards, please refer to the Photographer Information Pack, or contact the Press Office at media@goodwood.com.
