As part of the 2024 Singapore Grand Prix, Mercedes-AMG unveiled the highly exclusive GT 63 PRO 4MATIC+ “Motorsport Collectors Edition.” Invoiced on 5 December 2024, this example is one of just 200 produced to celebrate the connection between Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team to this road-legal series-production car. Finished in Obsidian Black Metallic (197), the bodywork is accented by a hand-painted silver star pattern across the rear flanks as part of the Motorsport Collectors Edition package.
This also includes the teal PETRONAS-colored accents, which trace a clean line from the front fenders over the beltline to the roof and appear on the front splitter, side air-intake flaps, side sill elements, and rear diffuser, for added connection to its F1 inspiration. Inside, black Nappa leather and MICROCUT microfiber Performance seats with PETRONAS-colored topstitching, along with features such as the Burmester High-End 3D Surround system, 360-degree camera, and TRACK PACE, elevate both its luxury and performance focused spirit.
Powered by a 4.0-litre V8 biturbo producing 611 PS and 850 Nm, supported by refined aerodynamics and cooling, this model emphasizes its motorsport roots. The matte-black 21-inch forged AMG cross-spoke wheels with PETRONAS-colored rim flanges, along with carbon-ceramic brakes featuring PETRONAS-colored six-piston calipers and 420 mm discs at the front, and single piston calipers at the rear reinforced its high-performance character.
The limited production The Motorsport Collectors Edition package cost nearly €80.000, and was only offered to a select list of Mercedes-Benz clientele when new.
