This Porsche 911 Targa (930) is an absolute rarity. With just 297 examples ever built, the 911 Turbo in its open-top Targa version is one of the rarest 911 models of all. As a Targa, the car combines the powerful performance of the 930 Turbo with an exhilarating open-top driving experience.
Added to this is an excellent service history, as well as a wonderfully unrestored condition – both visually and mechanically.
A car that is sure to set the hearts of enthusiasts and collectors racing!
This example of the 930 Targa, in the timeless colour Grand Prix White, was delivered in Heilbronn in March 1988 (C00 – first delivery in Germany).
To date, the car has verifiably had only four previous owners – the first owner being the Porsche dealer who delivered it – and has always been registered in the Heilbronn/Ludwigsburg area. Since 1995, the Targa has remained within the same circle of friends and family.
The original owner’s file, complete with the original and first service booklet, is available and documents the vehicle’s clear and traceable ownership and service history. All service invoices and MOT reports dating from the late 1990s are available. Accordingly, the stated mileage is verifiable and documented.
The Targa is in excellent cosmetic and technical condition. The vehicle is unrestored and, for the most part, still retains its original paintwork. Only the rear right-hand side panel has been repainted once around the wheel arch. Considering its age and mileage, the car shows only a few age-related signs of wear. Technically, there is currently no need for any work to be carried out.
This is truly a very rare opportunity to acquire a Turbo Targa with such a fantastic history.
