A rare 4.2 roadster benefitting from recent expenditure!
Delivered new to America, this matching numbers Roadster is finished in Warwick Grey over a black leather interior, and has been the subject of a sympathetic restoration spanning the past 7 years.
Invoices on file show that the Jaguar has had a full rebuild of the running gear including the brakes in 2013, an engine rebuild in 2014 with further recommissioning work in 2016 whilst it was still in the US.
On its arrival in the UK this E was treated to further improvement, and during 2020 has had a new windscreen, dashboard refurbishment and a full repaint at a cost of over £25,000. Prior to sale the car has benefited from further service work by Pendine’s esteemed neighbours on site here at Bicester Heritage, Classic Performance Engineering, ensuring it is on the button and ready for action.
