Starting from picking up one of the iconic Italian cars of the 60’s & 70’s, the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA, Totem Automobili has created one of the most advanced restomods in the segment, developing the most performant Giulia GTA the world has ever seen.
The Giulia GTA was presented back in 1965 and in the following seven years obtained a long list of victories in racing which led this car to be considered nowadays as a legend in the automotive world.

A futuristic project
The goal of Totem isn’t just to bring the latest restomod in the market. The mission is redesigning from scratch a car which remembers the spirit of the ’60s by giving a new life to a silhouette coming from the golden-era of racing, emerging as a world-wide reference point in the fields of high-end automotive engineering.
Totem GT Series has been reshaped in forms and materials for creating a carbon-fiber supercar with a smooth and timeless line. The formal research behind the details of Totem GT Super and GT Electric will give continuity to a legend of the past by applying some of the original features into the new styling cue signed by Totem.
Starting from the development of high precision milling molds, all the external body has been reconstructed entirely in carbon-fibre, in order to make the car as light as possible, but also to obtain a perfectly smooth surface. It’s beautiful.

The Totem GT Series runs the road of the future by mixing an incomparable legacy in the automotive history with the advanced technology of nowadays.
Starting from a small part of the original steel chassis, Totem has designed a carbon-fiber monocoque coupled with high-resistance aluminium sub-frames on the front/rear ends of the vehicle and all-new double-wishbone CNC aluminum suspensions scheme has been specifically designed for the GTs and was deleted to the old-fashioned petrol engine of the donor car.

The study of a unique design and the obsessive attention to detail are mixed with a technological soul coming from the future of high-end mobility. An exceptional driving experience projected to the future.
Design meets performance
While being faithful to the classic soul of the Giulia GT,Totem combined a legendary design with the performance of an all-new electric powertrain engineered for those thinking that electric means boring. Now it’s not.
The electric motor has 900Nm of torque and it accelerates Totem GT electric from 0 to 100 Km/h in just less than 3s. implemented the “DNA” system, an electronic power control conceived for managing the power of the electric motor through 3 different efficiency settings: D (Dynamic), N (Normal) and A (Advance Efficiency). The electric power unit, controlled by Totem ECU with OEM quality standards, has an integrated inverter with limited slip differential (LSD) and runs up to 400Volts and 1100Amps. Just crazy fun!

Battery pack
The Battery Pack of GTElectric consists of 12 modules homologated UN38.3, reaching a capacity of 81kWh and a best-in-class weight of only 352kg thanks of the honeycomb Aluminum case. The high-voltage wiring system connects all the different components through one of the most compact and refined HV Junction Boxes ever designed. You can charge Totem GTElectric at home in AC charging mode with the On-Board-Charger -single phase- up to 6.6 kW, and in DC fast-charging mode up to 90kW on the CCS plug.
With a full charge you will be able to drive Totem GT Electric for about 400-500km at a standard pace.

Meet Gloria, the beating heart of Totem GT Super.
The development of this engine is made in collaboration with Italtecnica and is completely built from scratch. Under the bonnet have a 2.8L Twin-turbo V6 engine which has been improved beyond measure.
Totem has created a power-unit unique in its class: with a weight of less than 180Kg, it is the most compact and lightweight Twin-turbo V6 ever produced in the world.
It’s a dry-sump engine with a unprecedented two-stages supercharger layout and an innovative direct & indirect injection system. Glorious, as its name implies.

The GTAmodificata full carbon-fiber body is 100% exposed in its one-of-a-kind, fully bespoke, “metallic carbon” finish, boasting – just like the ‘70s GTAm – a 6-headlight with custom painted front bumper.
Its raging soul is entangled by the exposed rivets all over the body, ready to be released in all of its astonishing power when the lights turn green.
Performance meets style: the latest 2-piece specification of the GTAmodificata wheels flaunts a full exposed carbon barrel and a unique concave forged aluminium disc.
Jumping aboard, Racing Minimalism takes control: exposed carbon fiber, finest Italian leathers and Alcantara fabrics join their forces to embrace the driver in an essential yet stylish ambiance thoroughly studied to maximize the focus on the purest racing driving experience.
Gran Turismo Alleggerita Modificata.
This acronym synthesizes perfectly the evolution of the GT Super: less weight, more power.
200 is the key number: the GTAmodificata stops the scale 200 kilograms before than the GT Super, but counts onto 200 horsepower more when sending full-throttle its 3.2L twin-turbo V6 engine.
The staggering +200mm wide body kit paired with the GTAmodificata custom-made negative offset 2-piece wheels made by Dymag ensure the maximum grip in every track condition, also thanks to the superlative Pirelli Trofeo R, 235/35/19 on the front axle and 285/35/19 on the rear axle.
The outstanding power of 810hp is delivered – “just like they used to” – 100% to the rear wheels through the all-new 6-speed sequential transmission.
