1960 Mercedes Benz 220SE Ponton cabriolet,Serial Number 12803010003757, DB516 H Medium Red with cognac leather, tan convertible top, 2.2 litre in-line 6 cylinder engine with Bosch fuel injection making 134 hp with 137 lb-ft of torque, 4 speed column shift manual transmission, hydraulic drum brakes, 5 place seating, Becker Europa High Fidelity AM/FM radio, fresh specialist servicing and sorting, delivered new to the USA and built October 1960 in the original colors of DB608 H Elfenbein with red leather, factory data card copy on file, matching numbers original engine, opulently appointed with rosewood and leather throughout, fitted from new with three ash trays!, restored some years ago and showing beautifully today, delivered to the two decade+ current owner by legendary Mercedes Benz expert Alex Dearborn, one of just 1,182 220SE cabriolet built from 1958 – 1960, and from the final year of W128 chassis Ponton production.
