1974 Mercedes Benz 280 Sedan in Dark Blue with Parchment Tex interior. Driven just 58k documented one owner miles since new.
Sold directly from Mercedes Benz Corp to a GM executive, this stunning 280 could easily win it’s class in a survivor category at the best of shows. It is all original paint, interior, headliner, carpets, dashboard ( ZERO CRACKS ) and alloy wheels with the factory finish. It is truly amazing.
The car was maintained for most of it’s life by well known Mercedes specialist Andrew Bach. It was Ziebarted ( rust prevention ) when new and kept out of any foul weather or direct sunlight. The original wood remains in fantastic condition with no cracks. This car must be seen and driven to fully appreciate the condition.
The car is fitted with the original Becker Grand Prix radio with a Becker factory installed cassette deck in the glove box, factory air conditioning, electric antenna, alloy wheels, electric sunroof, Marchal European headlamps, fog lamps and much more. Accompanying the car with it’s sale is the original title, all books, keys and tools.
